Yes, we offer one round of revisions free of charge. After we send you the digital preview, you can request minor adjustments. Major changes may incur an additional fee, which we'll discuss with you before proceeding.

Our standard production time is 7-10 business days for sketches and 10-14 business days for paintings. Shipping within India typically takes 3-5 business days. For rush orders, please contact us directly to discuss expedited options.
Yes, we ship worldwide. International shipping times vary by location, typically taking 7-14 business days after production is complete. Additional customs fees may apply depending on your country's import regulations.
We take great care in packaging your artwork to ensure it arrives safely. Each piece is wrapped in acid-free tissue paper, secured with corner protectors, and placed in a sturdy box with cushioning materials. Framed artworks receive additional protection with bubble wrap and custom box inserts.

We offer several standard sizes: 8x12 inches, 12x17 inches, 17x23 inches, and 23x33 inches. Custom sizes are also available upon request. Please contact us for pricing on non-standard dimensions.
Yes, we provide several framing options to complement your artwork. Our frames are made from high-quality wood or metal in various finishes. Each framed artwork comes ready to hang with proper backing and hanging hardware installed.
Payment & Returns

Since our products are custom-made, we don't offer traditional returns. However, if you're not satisfied with your artwork, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it. We'll work with you to address any concerns, which may include creating a replacement artwork or offering a partial refund.
